In accordance with the Zoomarine’s basic principles (Education, Science, Conservation and Entertainment), the Educational Department continuously develops a series of educational options aimed for all our visitors, no matter age or background.
Within the several programmes directed to the general audience and school community, the Educational Department has been developing and implementing original programmes that can integrate entertainment and education. From this fusion results original and awkward programmes (and, at the same time, so complementary) like “Meet the Educator”, “Didactic Presentations”, “Educational Sessions”, “Guided Tours”. Also, several educational materials* regarding different taxonomic groups are produced aimed for different ages (years 3 to 5, 6 to 8, 9 to 12, 13 to 16 and adults).
