  • The present General Conditions apply to the websites Zoomarine and Zoomarine Electronic Ticket Office (henceforth called Tickets.Zoomarine) and there may be Specific Conditions for certain services provided via the aforementioned electronic addresses.
  • Access to the websites constitutes acceptance by the user of these Terms of Use and General Conditions which are in force as from the date of his first access to the website.

  • The actual contents of Mundo Aquático, S.A., including brands, designs, logos, text, images and audio and video materials solely belong to the latter or to third party holders who are authorised to include them at the website, being protected under the general terms of the law and by national and international legislation on Intellectual Property protection. It is forbidden to exhibit, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit or use the contents in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the prior, express consent in writing of Mundo Aquático, S.A.
  • However, the user may print any excerpt of material contained at these sites provided that this is not altered in any way, either for personal and non-commercial use, including an indication of the source and copyright and provided that any other indication of ownership is not removed.

  • Any personal data gathered during use of the Zoomarine and Tickets.Zoomarine websites and the Zoomarine Agent Portal will be included in a data file owned by Mundo Aquático, S.A. to study the relationship of the latter with the Users of the services, as well as to develop the commercial activities of the company vis-à-vis the Users, including the sending of information, promotional and advertising materials to the Users in accordance with the conditions accepted by them.
  • The Agent data gathered in the context of joining the Zoomarine Agent Portal is automatically processed and its provision is mandatory, being essential for the rendering of the Service by Mundo Aquático, S.A.; any omission or inaccuracy of the data supplied by the Agent is his sole, entire responsibility.
  • Under the terms of the applicable legislation, the User is guaranteed, at no extra cost, the right to access, rectify and update his personal data by way of a request in writing by letter or e-mail, well as the right to object to the use thereof for the purposes foreseen in the previous number
