Secure your spot and plan your visit in advance!

For all tickets without a fixed visit date or with extended validity (e.g. Zoomarine GIFTs), it is MANDATORY to book your visit date in advance for:

  • 2nd Day Entrance Ticket (wristband or biometric);
  • Flexible Ticket – Individual 1-Day Entrance
  • Zoomarine Annual Pass holders;
  • Zoomarine GIFT ticket holders (theme park entrances);
  • Dolphin Emotions GIFT ticket holders (Encounter or Premium experiences);
  • Tickets awarded in campaigns and partnerships (entries or interactions);

If you purchased your Zoomarine tickets with a scheduled visit date, you do not need to check in, as the date is already defined. On the scheduled day, simply present your tickets at the park entrance.

  • CHANGE OF VISIT DATE – 1-DAY and 2-DAY Theme Park Tickets
    In case you are unable to attend, it is possible to change the visit date for 1-Day and 2-Day tickets, in accordance with the conditions set out in “Changes to the visit date” in the Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy.
