Individual Zoomarine Theme Park Entrance Tickets – 1 Day and 2 Days

1. Physical Ticket Office

  • The park’s physical ticket office only sells 1-day tickets for the same day.

 

2. Official Zoomarine Online Ticket Office – https://tickets.zoomarine.pt/

  • Through the official Zoomarine website, visitors can choose between two types of tickets:
    • Flexible Ticket – allows the choice of one (1) day to visit during the selected season. Not applicable to other seasons (non-renewable).
    • Fixed Date Ticket – admission valid only for the date indicated on the ticket. Any change is subject to the conditions of ‘changes to the visit date’.

 

3. Changes to the Visit Date

For Fixed Date Tickets (Theme Park Entrance Tickets 1-Day and 2-Days), changes are allowed under the following conditions:

  • Changes must be made at https://checkin.zoomarine.pt/, exclusively for tickets purchased on the official Zoomarine website.
  • Date change fees:
    • March to May and October to November: €3.00 per ticket
    • June to September: €8.00 per ticket

 

  • Changes are subject to availability at the time of the request.
  • Tickets purchased under promotional campaigns can only be changed within the same campaign period.
  • Changes can be made until the last day of the season or campaign period.
  • Changes to future seasons, campaigns or years are not permitted.
  • It is not permitted to change the date of the 2nd day entrance.

 

4. Cancellation / No-Show

  • If the ticket is not used or the date is not changed within the applicable period, no refund or compensation will be given.
  • The 2-day ticket is personal and non-transferable. Failure to use both days within the 10-day validity period does not entitle the holder to a refund.
Dolphin Emotions Experiences (participants and spectators), Annual Pass Zoomarine, Gift Zoomarine, Gift Dolphin Emotions, 2nd Day Entrance

The following tickets are non-refundable regardless of where they were purchased (park ticket offices, Zoomarine online ticket office or through intermediary partners):

  • Visit to the Theme Park using the 2nd Day Entrance (Wristband or biometric data);
  • Participant in any Dolphin Emotions programme (Encounter, Premium, Exclusive…) and their accompanying spectators;
  • Anual Pass holders (new purchases or renovations);
  • Zoomarine GIFT ‘s (Theme Park Entrance Tickets and Dolphin Emotions experiences);
  • Tickets won in campaigns and partnerships (Theme Park Entrance Tickets, Dolphin Emotions experiences or annual pass);
  • Tickets purchased under promotional campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, Flash Sales, etc.)

 

CANCELLATION: NO-SHOW

  • In case of non-cancellation or no-show, no refund will be made.
  • The 2nd Day entrance Wristband ticket is a single, personal and non-transferable ticket. Failure to use the entire ticket, failure to use biometric data or the identification wristband to access the 2nd Day does not entitle the holder to a refund of the ticket.
