Timetables
  • Consult the operating calendar and opening/closing times in advance.
  • In order to enjoy everything we have to offer, we recommend you spend at least one full day at the park.
  • Certain facilities, attractions, shops and restaurants have different opening and closing times than the theme park and may be closed at certain times of the year.
  • Enjoyment of the park’s presentations, attractions and other activities is subject to the schedules in force on the date of the visit, which are available on Zoomarine APP (mobile app available for download on Android and iOS), at the respective entrances to each stadium and attraction, and inside the park near the main entrance.
  • All schedules are subject to change or suspension without prior notice, namely for technical, zoological, climatic or other reasons, and shall not be grounds for partial or full refunds.
  • The Park Management reserves the right to define the services available and their respective schedules.
  • Presentations and other activities have their own schedules, which may differ from the park’s general opening hours.
  • At certain times of the year, some activities or services may be closed.
  • Activities are closed progressively, starting 30 minutes before the park’s general closing time.
Presentations
  • All schedules are subject to change without prior notice,
  • The stadiums will open 30 minutes before the start of the presentations and no further admissions are permitted once maximum capacity has been reached.
  • It is not permitted to park Strollers / Kiddy-Cars at the entrances or inside the stadiums.
  • In some presentations you will get wet if you sit in the seats closest to the stage. Keep the most important objects safe.
Attractions | Amusements
  • The amusements /attractions are subject to their own rules, which may limit access to visitors due to height, age, physical condition and health conditions.
  • Visitors must always observe the safety recommendations applicable when entering each attraction and follow any instructions given by the Park staff.
  • For safety reasons, access to certain equipments may be denied.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult whenever required by the rules for using the equipment.
  • Indications given by park staff must be followed, and they reserve the right to refuse entry to certain attractions for safety reasons
  • Zoomarine is not responsible for accidents occurred due to neglect to follow the safety rules.
  • For hygiene reasons we highly recommend the use of t-shirt, on the amusement rides and during the 4D cinema session.
  • Water attractions may not be used by people wearing glasses or rings, watches, bracelets, necklaces or any other objects that may harm other users or the equipment surfaces.
  • When using slides, tracks and ramps, the following are prohibited: a) launching from a standing position, or in any way other than that expressly indicated in the rules posted next to the equipment; b) stopping at any point on the tracks and forming chains or unions with other users; c) using the tracks from any intermediate point other than the launch platform; d) remaining in the landing pools after falling into them.
  • In some attractions/amusements you will get wet the. Keep the most important objects safe.
  • Attractions/amusements restrictions:
    • Farol: Children under 0,90mt height are not allowed. Children under 1,05mt height only when accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women are not allowed.
    • Jurassic River: Children under 1,00mt height are not allowed. Children under 1,30mt height only when accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women are not allowed.
    • Harakiri: Children under 1,05mt height are not allowed. Children under 1,20mt height only when accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women are not allowed.
    • Atlântida: Pregnant women are not allowed. It is recommended to wear a T-shirt and footwear.
    • Zoomarine Express: Children under 0,90mt height only when accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women are not allowed. It is recommended to wear a T-shirt and footwear.
    • Aquasplash: Children under 0,90mt height are not allowed. Children under 1,20mt height only when accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women are not allowed.
    • Giant Wheel: Children under 1,42mt height only when accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women are not allowed. It is recommended to wear a T-shirt and footwear.
    • Ferry: Children under 0,90mt height are not allowed. Children under 1,05mt height only when accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women are not allowed.
    • Barca Pirata: Children under 1,30mt height are not allowed. Pregnant women are not allowed. It is recommended to wear a T-shirt and footwear.
    • Manta: Children under 1,05mt height are not allowed. Children under 1,20mt height only when accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women are not allowed.
    • Aquatube & Body Slide (waterslides): Children under 1,20mt height are not allowed. Pregnant women are not allowed.
    • Coconut River: Children under 1,10mt height must wear a life vest. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult on the same floater. The use of swimwear is mandatory.
    • Treasure Island: Open slide: Children under 0,90mt height are not allowed. Closed slide: Children under 1,05mt height are not allowed.
    • Fantasy Island: Octopus (closed slide): Children under 1,00mt height are not allowed. People over 1.40mt height are not allowed. Pregnant women are not allowed. Mini River e Pro Racer (open slide): Children under 1,00mt height only when accompanied by an adult. People over 1,40mt height only when accompanying a child under 1,00mt. Pregnant women are not allowed.
    • Quetzal: Children under 1,10mt height are not allowed. Children over 1,10mt height and under 1,25mt height must be accompanied by an adult and seated in the front seats. People who weight over 114kg are not allowed.. Pregnant women are not allowed.
    • Iguaçu: Children under 1,20mt height are not allowed. Children over 1,20mt height and under 1,40mt height must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women are not allowed.
  • All attractions and amusements are prohibited for individuals with heart conditions, precarious health and/or those who have recently undergone surgery.
Hygiene and Safety
  • Canopies/tents, glass objects, playing football and animals (except assistance dogs, provided that the requirements set out in Decree-Law No. 74/2007 of 27 March are met) are not allowed.
  • It is not allowed to enter the Park with and/or use roller skates, bicycles or any other personal transport equipment, motorized or not, namely: scooters (with or without motor), skateboard (with or without motor), “hoverboard” and electric children’s cars. An exception to this prohibition is the use of a wheelchairs, for people with reduced mobility.
  • Do not run in the park, and do not walk barefoot outside Zoomarine Beach and swimming pools.
  • Eating and drinking are not permitted in the aquatic areas.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any area of the Park, except in areas specifically designated for this purpose, which can be found on the map.
  • The use of a full swimming is mandatory for all visitors (including children and babies).
  • Floats and other inflatable devices not provided by the park are not permitted, except for swimming arm bands, life vests and swim belts.
  • Respect the restricted and exclusive access areas.
  • Picnics are not allowed in the restaurant areas.
  • If safety regulations are not complied with, the Park management reserves the right to refuse admission or presence in the park.
  • Due to safety, maintenance zoological reasons and weather conditions, some presentations, amusements and other attractions may be closed. We apologize for the inconvenience and remind you that these reasons will not be accepted as a claim for a discount or a refund of the admittance ticket.
  • All children under 12 years old must always be accompanied by an adult, and are of his entire responsibility. Any damages caused are responsibility of the parents or tutors/guardians.
  • Weapons or objects that may be considered as such will not be admitted within the theme park premises.
  • Remote controlled toys and drones are not allowed within the park premises.
  • It is not permitted to leave litter, unwanted items or materials outside the appropriate locations for this purpose.
  • Access is prohibited to persons who, due to their condition, may disturb public order or tranquillity.
  • Zoomarine does not tolerate any aggressive behaviour towards staff other visitors and/or animals present in the theme park. In the event of an incident will be taken so that the person be removed from the theme park premises and, if necessary, the authorities will be contacted. Examples of unacceptable behaviour include:
    • Intimidation (shouting or rudeness);
    • Abusive behaviour in the form of verbalcthreats, gestures, obstruction, etc;
    • Weapon possession;
    • Personal insults;
    • Any kind of undesired physical contact;
    • Any kind of harassment.
Accessibility
  • Zoomarine theme park is accessible to people with reduced mobility, where they can attend to zoological presentations, attractions and other leisure and entertainment areas.
  • Some attractions, amusements and experiences, given their nature and safety rules, may impose restrictions to their use. These conditions may apply to any visitor, with or without reduced mobility.

Parking
  • Zoomarine has a wide free public parking area.
  • Parking is free, subject to the Portuguese Highway Code.
  • Visitors must follow at any time the insctructions provided by staff.
  • We strongly recommend visitors to not leave objects or valuable items inside the vehicle and to make sure that all windows and doors are locked.
  • Zoomarine is not responsible for objects or valuables items left inside vehicles, nor for any damage and/or theft caused to vehicles.
  • For security reasons, overnight stays and camping are not permitted.
Photography Service
  • Some amusements/attractions may have a PHOTOGRAPHY service associated with them under which Mundo Aquático, S.A. (“Zoomarine”) will collect images of the visiting users, intended exclusively for sale to the respective owners, after use of the amusement equipment;
  • The same will be indicated, on the equipment itself, with a camera icon.📸
  • The use of the indicated equipment/attractions implies acceptance of the associated photography service, and consequent consent for image collection under the terms and for the purposes mentioned above;
  • If you intend to use the equipment without the photography service, you must inform our photography operator on site, before use;
  • There is also a photography service available at the entrance and at various points throughout the Park, through which Mundo Aquático, S.A. (“Zoomarine”), with the
  • visitor’s prior verbal consent, may take photographs of them, intended exclusively for the possible purchase of the respective photographs by the visitor themselves.
  • All collected images will be destroyed within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days after collection;
  • You can exercise your right to access, rectify, erase, transfer your personal and / or opposition data in writing, through the email address privacy@zoomarine.pt, under legally permissible terms;
  • If you consider that the processing of personal data carried out by Zoomarine, violates the personal data protection legislation in force in Portugal, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular with the CNPD.

 

Images captured at public events

  • Sometimes, we may collect non-individualized images of our visitors, in the context of events with an audience, in accordance with n.º2 of article 79.º of the Portuguese Civil Code and paragraph f), n.º1 of article 6.º of the GDPR.
  • On the day itself, information image collection (video and/or photography) will be available at the park entrance.
  • The image will not be reproduced or used if it results in damage to the honour, reputation or simple decorum of any of the persons portrayed.
  • If you do not wish to have your image captured in this context, please inform the nearest staff member
What is included in the admission Ticket - Theme Park
  • The entry ticket to Zoomarine theme park includes access to the various activities available, namely zoological presentations, shows, habitats, attractions, and aquatic attractions, during the operating hours announced at the park and for each facility.
  • The ticket does not include Dolphin Emotions experiences, restaurants and merchandising services, access to rental areas and other complementary services available inside the park.
Purchase of Zoomarine Tickets
  • You can purchase your ticket online (until 3pm on the day itself), at the park’s ticket office, or through one of our official Zoomarine agents.
  • The following admission tickets can be purchased at Zoomarine’s online ticket office: o
    • Individual Entrance 1-Day;
    • Individual Entrance 2-Days;
    • Annual Pass;
    • Zoomarine GIFT;
    • Zoomarine Holiday Camp;
    • Dolphin Emotions Experiences (check point #2);
  • The following tickets can only be purchased at the physical ticket office of the Theme Park: Special Entrance, Guided Tours, 2nd DAY Entrance, Thematic Events.
  • Group Visits, School Visits, Birthday Parties, must be booked directly with the theme park, at least 7 days in advance.
  • Zoomarine’s online ticket office allows you to make payments by Multibanco (6hours in advance), Credit Card, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
  • The payment pages are responsibility of REDUNIQ, MEOWallet and Paypal. For greater security and privacy, no other entity has access to the data inserted, so any errors that may occur during the payment process and validation are the sole responsibility of the user and the respective entities.
  • Prices listed on the Zoomarine website are only valid for electronic tickets purchased from the online ticket office, with the following exceptions (special tickets, group tickets, birthdays, school visits, guided tours, 2nd Day visit and theme parties).
  • The Zoomarine Electronic Ticket can be presented directly at the park entrance in digital format (smartphone) or printed format (paper).
  • To benefit from any discount campaigns, promotions, protocols or partnerships, etc, visitors must present, at the time of purchase, the respective document (discount coupon, card, proof of age, etc). Non presentation of these, invalidates any discount/offer. The campaigns and promotions are not accumulative.
  • Park Management reserves the right to change any prices, suspend or alter campaigns and/or promotions when considered appropriate and without prior notice to users.
  • Online ticket prices are subject to change and may vary depending on factors such as demand, time of year, and date of purchase.

• You can purchase your ticket online (until 3pm of the visit day), at the park’s ticket office or through our official Zoomarine agents.

Cancelation, Refunds and No-shows
Types of Admission
  • The following rates apply to admission tickets to the Theme Park:
    • Babies/Infants (<1,00 meter) – Children less than 1,00 metre of heigh.
    • Junior (>= 1,00 meter – 10 years) – Children with height of 1,00 metre and up to 10 years of age.
    • Normal (11 – 64 years) – Visitors between 11 and 64 years old.
    • Senior (>= 65 anos) – Visitors with 65 years or older.
    • Especial (Disability >= 33%) – Visitors with declared disability equal or higher than 33% (extended to a maximum of 1 accompanying for dependents with proven reduced mobility)
    • Especial (Pregnant Women) – Pregnant visitors carrying a Pregnancy Handbook.
    • Children under 1 metre tall are admitted free of charge to the theme park.

Warning:

  • Children are measured at the park entrance with footwear. If they are not accompanied by a valid ticket, the full price stipulated at the theme park’s ticket office will be charged.
  • Proof of age may be required. If it is not provided, management reserves the right to charge the full price displayed at the theme park ticket office, with no right to a refund.
  • The special entrance ticket is valid exclusively at the park ticket office, on the day of the visit and upon mandatory presentation of a valid document of declared disability.

 

Physical Ticket office

  • The park’s physical ticket office only sells 1-DAY tickets for the same day.
  • The “Individual Entrance – 1 Day” ticket allows to visit the Zoomarine Theme Park and is valid for the day indicated on the ticket.

  • Through the official Zoomarine website, visitors can choose from the following types of tickets to visit the theme park:
    • Individual Entrance 1-Day
      • Flexible ticket – allows you to freely choose one (1) day to visit during the selected season. Not applicable to other seasons (non-renewable).
      • Fixed date ticket – ticket only valid for the date indicated on the ticket. If you are unable to attend, you can change the date of your visit, in accordance with the conditions set out in “Changes to the date of visit” in the Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy.
    • Individual Entrance 2-Days (2nd Day Entrance)
      • The ‘1st Day Ticket’ corresponds to a single-day ticket with a fixed date (see conditions above).
      • The ‘2nd Day Entry’ is valid for up to 10 days after the first visit. Once you leave the park, you will no longer be able to obtain ‘2nd Day Entry’ access.
      • Access to the park on the second visit is via biometric recognition (fingerprint reading) or an identification wristband. The “2nd Day Entrance” must be purchased during the 1st day of visit at the “Extra Fun Kiosk” office located inside the park, to register your biometric data or put on your 2nd Day wristband.
      • The collection and use of biometric data depends on consent from the respective subject.
      • Biometric data is collected and encrypted in an unalterable format, guaranteeing the security and inviolability of the data.
      • Biometric data is used exclusively for 2nd day entry monitoring and will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at https://www.zoomarine.pt/en/privacy-and-cookies/
      • In the absence of consent for the collection of biometric data, an identification wristband may be used.
      • Access to the park will be refused in the event of failure to present the wristband or breach of its conditions.
      • The 2-day ticket is a single, personal and non-transferable ticket. Not using the entire ticket, the biometric data or the bracelet for a second visit does not give right to reimbursement of the ticket.
    • Zoomarine Gift
      • This voucher entitles the holder to one admission to Zoomarine Theme Park on any date within the validity period indicated.
      • The Gift is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
    • Annual Pass
      • Annual Pass entitles the holder to:
        • Free entry to the theme park for a year (subject to the park’s opening calendar);
        • 20% discount on individual tickets, up to a maximum of 3 guests;
      • 10% discount at the Bamboo Restaurant and merchandising items at Samy Shop.
      • The Annual Pass is valid for one year from the day after purchase.
      • The Annual Pass is personal and non-transferable and must be presented with the holders valid ID.
      • The Annual Pass can be renewed until the last day of the card’s expiry date.
      • The Annual Pass offers benefits at Zoomarine partners. These partnerships may vary from year to year, and it is the holder’s responsibility to find out in advance about the partnerships in force.
      • The annual pass does not include access to Dolphin Emotions Experiences, catering and merchandising services, and other complementary services available inside the park.

 

Other tickets :

  • Group Visits (20pax /50pax)
    • Availability on request up to 14 days before the date of visit.
    • Confirmation of booking and payment 7 days before the visit. No-shows are not refundable.
    • Entrance fee offered to the organiser and driver upon advance payment.
    • Offer of 1 group photo (subject to availability).
  • School Visits
    • Exclusive conditions for Official Educational Institutions only (non-students/teachers/education assistants are not allowed).
    • Availability upon request and advance booking up to 14 days before the date of visit.
    • Confirmation of booking and payment 7 days before the visit.
    • Minimum 10 paying students.
    • 1 free educator per booking + 1 free educator for every 10 paying students.
    • Driver with free admission.
    • Offer of 1 group photo (subject to availability).
    • Lunch menus are optional.
    • Free pedagogical activities (subject to availability)
    • Absences are non-refundable.
  • Birthday Parties
    • The maximum age for birthday celebrations is 14 years old;
    • Advance booking required (14 days). Minimum of 10 paying children/young people;
    • Confirmation of booking and payment are required 7 days in advance;
    • For every 4 paying children/young people (admission + snack), 1 free admission is granted to accompanying adults (without snack);
    • Free entrance and snack for the birthday child (required to present ID or Passport).
    • Children under 1 metre tall only pay for snacks;
    • Birthday menu included in the price;
    • Absences are non-refundable.
Complementary Services - Online Tickets
  • Visitors can purchase complementary services exclusively available in the online ticket office, together with their Zoomarine Entrance Ticket or Dolphin Emotions experiences. The isolated sale of these services is not available.
  • Upon entering the theme park and upon presentation of the Electronic Ticket, you may make use of the goods and/or services contained therein.
  • The Electronic Ticket containing goods and/or services does not grant priority in service, is non-refundable, and does not allow for the exchange of items.
  • The use of complementary goods and/or services purchased is subject to the opening hours of each venue.
Zoomarine Holiday Camps
  • The holiday camps have their own regulations, which must be consulted prior to registration.
  • The holiday camps are also subject by to the the theme park operating and safety regulations.

Dolphin Emotions Encounter Participants
  • Each Dolphin Emotions Encounter session accommodates up to a maximum of 10 participants.
  • The initial phase of the Dolphin Emotions consists of an educational session, where various facts about bottlenose dolphins, their biology and ecology are conveyed.
  • Participants remain in the water for around 20 minutes, where, under the supervision of a trainer, they are invited to meet the dolphins, experience moments of tenderness and affection, and perform a sequence of aquatic behaviours exclusively in shallow waters with these extraordinary ambassadors of the oceans.
  • Throughout the experience, participants are accompanied by an educator who can answer any questions they may have.
  • Including the educational session, time for changing clothes, and the session in the water, the total duration of the experience is approximately 60 minutes.
  • It is mandatory to present an identification document (ID card or passport) on the day of the experience to confirm the age of participants.
  • To participate in DEM Encounter experiences, you must:
    • Be six years old or older;
    • Children who are six and seven year old must be accompanied by other participant who is 16 years old or over.
  • For safety reasons, the following people will not be permitted to participate in the programme:
    • Pregnant women;
    • People with severe physical or psychological limitations (which may limit their capacity to fully understand any instructions and/or perform aquatic activities);
    • People with dermatological disorders;
    • People under the influence of drugs or alcohol;
    • People with hydrophobia;
    • People who, in any way, may harm their physical integrity or that of the dolphins.
  • Main requirements to be respected:
    • Arrive at the Dolphin Emotions booking office 45 minutes before the start of the session to register and familiarise yourself with all the rules of participation (no refunds will be given for no-shows).
    • Remove all personal items, such as: earrings, necklaces, watches, bracelets, rigid contact lenses, glasses, cameras and video cameras, hair clips or elastic bands, and any other object that could harm the dolphins, either by ingestion or abrasion.
    • Wear the aquatic equipment provided by Zoomarine at all times. Underneath, you must wear your own swimsuit and your own flip-flops/sandals. Wearing a T-shirt is optional.
    • Take a shower and remove all make-up before entering the water.
    • Comply fully with all instructions given by Zoomarine staff.
    • Treat all dolphins with respect, avoiding any attitude or behaviour that may upset or hurt them.
    • Always maintain a calm and peaceful attitude.
Dolphin Emotions Premium Participants
  • Each Dolphin Emotions Encounter session accommodates up to a maximum of 12 participants.
  • The initial phase of the Dolphin Emotions consists of an educational session, where various facts about bottlenose dolphins, their biology and ecology are conveyed.
  • Participants remain in the water for around 35 minutes, where, under the supervision of a trainer, they are invited to meet the dolphins, experience moments of tenderness and affection, and perform a sequence of aquatic behaviours exclusively in shallow waters with these extraordinary ambassadors of the oceans.
  • Throughout the experience, participants are accompanied by an educator who can answer any questions they may have.
  • Including the educational session, time for changing clothes, and the session in the water, the total duration of the experience is approximately 90 minutes.
  • It is mandatory to present an identification document (ID card or passport) on the day of the experience to confirm the age of participants.
  • To participate in DEM Premium experiences, you must:
    • Be eight years old or older;
    • Know how to swim and be in good physical shape.
  • For safety reasons, the following people will not be permitted to participate in the programme:o
    • Pregnant women;
    • People with severe physical or psychological limitations (which may limit their capacity to fully understand any instructions and/or perform aquatic activities);
    • People with dermatological disorders;
    • People under the influence of drugs or alcohol;
    • People with hydrophobia;
    • People who, in any way, may harm their physical integrity or that of the dolphins.
  • Main requirements to be respected:

Dolphin Emotions Exclusive Participants
  • Each Dolphin Emotions Exclusive session accommodates a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 5 participants.
  • The initial phase of the Dolphin Emotions consists of an educational session, where various facts about bottlenose dolphins, their biology and ecology are conveyed.
  • Participants remain in the water for around 35 minutes, where, under the supervision of a trainer, they are invited to meet the dolphins, experience moments of tenderness and affection, and perform a sequence of aquatic behaviours exclusively in shallow waters with these extraordinary ambassadors of the oceans.
  • Throughout the experience, participants are accompanied by an educator who can answer any questions they may have.
  • Including the educational session, time for changing clothes, and the session in the water, the total duration of the experience is approximately 90 minutes.
  • It is mandatory to present an identification document (ID card or passport) on the day of the experience to confirm the age of participants.
  • To participate in DEM Exclusive experiences, you must:
    • Be eight years old or older;
    • Know how to swim and be in good physical shape.
  • For safety reasons, the following people will not be permitted to participate in the programme:o
    • Pregnant women;
    • People with severe physical or psychological limitations (which may limit their capacity to fully understand any instructions and/or perform aquatic activities);
    • People with dermatological disorders;
    • People under the influence of drugs or alcohol;
    • People with hydrophobia;
    • People who, in any way, may harm their physical integrity or that of the dolphins.
  • Main requirements to be respected:
    • Arrive at the Dolphin Emotions booking office 45 minutes before the start of the session to register and familiarise yourself with all the rules of participation (no refunds will be given for no-shows).
    • Remove all personal items, such as: earrings, necklaces, watches, bracelets, rigid contact lenses, glasses, cameras and video cameras, hair clips or elastic bands, and any other object that could harm the dolphins, either by ingestion or abrasion.
    • Wear the aquatic equipment provided by Zoomarine at all times. Underneath, you must wear your own swimsuit and your own flip-flops/sandals. Wearing a T-shirt is optional.
    • Take a shower and remove all make-up before entering the water.
    • Comply fully with all instructions given by Zoomarine staff.
    • Treat all dolphins with respect, avoiding any attitude or behaviour that may upset or hurt them.
    • Always maintain a calm and peaceful attitude.
Dolphin Emotions Premium Gift and Encounter Gift
  • This voucher entitles the holder to enjoy a ‘Dolphin Emotions Premium’ or ‘Dolphin Emotions Encounter’ experience, as per stated in the voucher
  • This voucher allows the holder to visit Zoomarine theme park on the day of the experience;
  • The experience can only be carried out on a date within the voucher’s validity period, and advance booking is mandatory;
  • The Gift is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

  • When making the reservation, a date and time of the session will be assigned, which must be entered in the respective fields on the voucher;

Commercial Information
  • Each participant in Dolphin Emotions Premium, DEM Encounter and DEM Exclusive must purchase a specific ticket to participate in one of the experiences;
  • Each accompanying spectator must purchase a specific ticket in order to accompany the participant;
  • Entrance to Zoomarine theme park is included in the ticket for the day of the experience;
  • Children under 1 metre tall may attend free of charge as accompanying spectators of the participant;
  • Spectators will remain in an area adjacent to the lagoon where the session takes place and will not have access to the dolphins;
  • Zoomarine reserves the right to use images of Dolphin Emotions participants. The images will be used, exclusively, in the creation of a ‘souvenir video/photo,’ which will only be made available to the respective participants.

  • Zoomarine’s online ticket office allows you to make payments by Multibanco (6hours in advance), Credit Card, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
  • The payment pages are responsibility of REDUNIQ, MEOWallet and Paypal. For greater security and privacy, no other entity has access to the data inserted, so any errors that may occur during the payment process and validation are the sole responsibility of the user and the respective entities.
  • Prices listed on the Zoomarine website are only valid for electronic tickets purchased from the online ticket office, with the following exceptions (special tickets, group tickets, birthdays, school visits, guided tours, 2nd Day visit and theme parties).
  • The Zoomarine Electronic Ticket can be presented directly at the park entrance in digital format (smartphone) or printed format (paper).
  • To benefit from any discount campaigns, promotions, protocols or partnerships, etc, visitors must present, at the time of purchase, the respective document (discount coupon, card, proof of age, etc). Non presentation of these, invalidates any discount/offer. The campaigns and promotions are not accumulative.
  • Park Management reserves the right to change any prices, suspend or alter campaigns and/or promotions when considered appropriate and without prior notice to users.
  • Online ticket prices are subject to change and may vary depending on factors such as demand, time of year, and date of purchase.

  • We hereby inform you that Mundo Aquático, S.A. (“Zoomarine”), as the data controller, will process your personal data (“Personal Data”) in accordance with its privacy policy, available at https://www.zoomarine.pt/en/privacy-and-cookies/, for the purposes of ticket sales and management of admission, stays and experience at the park, these being essentially the purposes of its processing.
  • Please also note that Personal Data will only be processed for the periods necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, as detailed in Zoomarine’s personal data retention policy, a copy of which can be consulted at https://www.zoomarine.pt/en/privacy-and-cookies/ or requested by emailing privacy@zoomarine.pt.
  • You will be able to exercise your right to access, rectify, erase, transfer your personal data and/or object in writing, via email to “privacy@zoomarine.pt”, in accordance with the law.
  • If you consider that the processing of personal data by Zoomarine violates the legislation on personal data protection in force in Portugal, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular with the National Data Protection Commission;
  • In the event that Personal Data is transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (‘EEA’), we guarantee that Personal Data is processed in accordance with European standards of data security and protection. To this end, personal data processing agreements will be entered into under standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission, with reference to the technical and organisational measures adopted to protect the transferred data.
Image Capture and CCTV
  • Image capture and filming are only permitted for personal purposes, and any other purpose requires prior approval from the Park Management.
  • CCTV- For your protection, this location is under closed circuit television surveillance and images will be recorded (Art.º 31.º da Lei n.º 34/2013, de 16 de maio ; Art.º 115.º da Portaria n.º 273/2013, de 20 de agosto).
Law and Jurisdiction
  • Portuguese law shall apply to all matters not covered by these terms and conditions.
  • In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions, the courts of Albufeira shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
  • Although it has been translated into English and Spanish, the Portuguese version of the document prevails over the translated version.
