Campaign for Algarve Residents

Campaign Conditions:

• The campaign is exclusively for purchasing 1-Day Tickets through the Zoomarine online ticket office at www.zoomarine.pt/en/tickets/ 
• Resident tickets cannot be purchased at the park’s physical ticket office.
• The campaign is limited to a maximum of 2 tickets per resident (1 Algarve Resident + 1 accompanying person), and the holder must take advantage of the promotion.
• For every 1 Resident + 1 accompanying person, 1 proof of residency is required (e.g., for 4 people = 2 proofs; for 6 people = 3 proofs; and so on).
• On the day of the visit, at the park entrance, the online ticket must be presented along with proof of residency in the Algarve and a valid identification document of the resident.
• Entry to the park will be denied to resident visitors who arrive without proof of residency in the Algarve and a valid identification document on the day.
• The campaign cannot be combined with other discounts and/or promotions. Additional services located inside the park are not included.

Accepted Proof of Residency:

The promotion applies only to visitors who provide a proof of residence in the Algarve, with the possibility of purchasing an additional ticket for an accompanying person at the same campaign price.

Preferred Proof of Address:

• Family Household Certificate, from the “Portal das Finanças” (recommended for families)
• Certificate of Fiscal Residence

Other Accepted Proofs of Address:

• Invoice for water, electricity, gas, telecommunications, or bank statement;
• Driving licence with address;
• School ID with name/photo.

• The ticket to visit the Zoomarine Theme Park allows you to enjoy all its activities, namely presentations, shows, 4D cinema, aquarium, mechanical and water amusements.
• The entrance ticket to the theme park does not include access to the Dolphin Emotions Experiences, catering and merchandising services, access to rental areas or other complementary services available inside the park.
• Children under 1.00 metres tall have free entry to the theme park, just need to be included in the booking.
