To ensure a safe and relaxing day, we advise you to pay attention to the park operating rules, as well as the safety rules of each amusement/attraction and any instructions given by our staff.

Be aware of the park's annual calendar and the opening / closing times, and when necessary pre-book your reservations.

  • The Zoomarine Electronic Ticket can be presented directly at the park entrance in digital format (smartphone) or printed format (paper).
  • Check the park's opening / closing calendar and times before your visit.
  • The times of the presentations, attractions and other activities are made available at the entrance of the park on the day of the visit.
  • Shops and restaurants have different opening and closing hours and may be closed at certain times of the year.
  • To enjoy all we have to offer we recommend you spend at least one full day at the park.
  • You can purchase your ticket online (until 15pm of the visit day), at the park's ticket office or through our official Zoomarine agents.
  • The Zoomarine online ticket service allows you to make payments by Multibanco-ATM (Portugal only), Credit Card and Paypal.

  • The entry ticket to Zoomarine allows the use of all the activities, namely presentations, 4D Cinema, aquarium, exhibition centre, attractions and Zoomarine Beach.
  • The ticket does not include Dolphin Emotions experiences, transportation services, restaurants & merchandising and other complementary services available inside the park.
  • Infants under 1,00 meter high have free entrance to the park.
  • The “2nd Day Entrance” is valid up to 10 days after the 1st visit.
  • Access to the park on the 2nd day is done with a bracelet, that is personal and non-transmissible. If the bracelet is not presented or has in any way been tampered with access to the park will not be granted.
  • To obtain/purchase your bracelet please visit the "2nd Day Entrance" office located inside the theme park on the 1st day of your visit.
  • After leaving the park, you cannot purchase the "2nd Day Entrance".
  • Theme park admittance included in the participant ticket.
  • Minimum age of participation: 8 years old;
  • Necessary to present identity card or passport as a proof of the participants age.
  • It is mandatory to follow all the participation rules! See previously the participation rules.
  • Advanced booking required (at least 24 hours prior to the experience).
  • All schedules are subject to last minute changes.
  • The stadiums will open 30min. prior to the beginning of the presentations, after reaching full capacity no more entries will be permitted.
  • It is not permitted to smoke or park Strollers / Kiddy-Cars at the entrance's accesses' or inside the stadiums.
  • In some presentations you will get wet if you sit in the seats nearest the stage. Keep the most important objects safe.
  • Check with each attraction the safety measures and rules to comply with.
  • For hygiene reasons we highly recommend the use of t-shirt, on the amusement rides and during the 4D cinema session.
  • In some amusements and attractions you will get wet. Keep the most important objects safe.
  • Bring clothes suited for the season and comfortable shoes.
  • Do not run in the park, and do not walk barefoot outside Zoomarine Beach and swimming pools.
  • On days when the weather is hotter we recommend using sunscreen.
  • Don't forget to keep hydrated, keep a water bottle close by.
  • Pay special attention to children, seniors and pregnant women.
  • Bring a swimming costume and towel to enjoy our wave beach, water slides and swimming pools.
  • The use of a full swimming costume is mandatory for all visitors (including children and babies).
  • There are picnic areas with tables and seats available in some locations of the park.
  • Seating is limited therefore it is not permitted to reserve places.
  • Zoomarine offers a wide range of restaurants, snack-bar and kiosks, where you can find a variety of meals.
  • Check the working hours of each restaurant and plan your meals outside the busiest times.
  • In the restaurant areas is not allowed picnics.
  • Zoomarine has a wide free parking area.
  • We strongly advise not to leave objects or valuable items in your vehicle and to make sure that all windows and doors are locked.
  • Zoomarine cannot be held responsible for objects or valuable items left inside the vehicles.
  • For security reasons, it's not allowed to stay overnight or camping.
  • Zoomarine has a pick-up service available in various regions of the Algarve.
  • Pre-book your transport service at our online ticketing platform.
  • You can also contact your Hotel or Travel Agent to book.
  • Customer service is located in the reception at the park's entrance.
  • The "Lost & Found" section is located at the reception office.
  • Our staff are available to help you in any way they can.
  • Canopies/tents, glass objects and pets are not permitted inside the park, and it is also not permitted to play football.
  • Do not run in the park, and do not walk barefoot outside Zoomarine Beach and swimming pools.
  • Respect the restricted and exclusive access areas.
  • Zoomarine's management may restrict admission or presence in the park if the safety regulations are not complied with.
  • Due to safety reasons, maintenance and weather conditions, some presentations, amusements and other attractions may be closed. We apologize for the inconvenience and remind you that these reasons will not be accepted as a claim for a discount or a refund of the admittance ticket.
  • Zoomarine theme park is accessible to people with reduced mobility where they can attend to zoological presentations, attractions and other leisure and fun areas.
  • Some attractions, amusements and experiences, given their nature and safety rules, may limit their use, conditions that may apply to any visitor, with or without reduced mobility.
