The EDUCar project was launched at Zoomarine in 2016, with the aim of bringing a message of conservation to schools, showing the importance of biodiversity and the impact of human behaviour on nature conservation.
Since then, we have travelled thousands of kilometres visiting dozens of schools in the Algarve and Baixo Alentejo regions, addressing these important issues in a fun way that is adapted to the age group of each class.
The project is free of charge and schools from all municipalities in the Algarve and Baixo Alentejo regions can sign up.
We always seek to address current issues, with sessions for the 2nd and 3rd cycles of basic education, adapting our language to the school year.
We will dedicate one day to each school (upon registration), seeking to involve as many students as possible in these sessions! Our sessions last 45 minutes!
The initial request must be made by class teachers or school group leaders, indicating the educational establishment, class school years, preferred dates and number of students, to our email:
You will then receive a registration link to fill up, schedule the sessions and choose the topics.
Participation in this project is FREE!
See you soon?
