The purpose
A day when everyone comes together for the same purpose: to minimise the damage caused by humans to the environment
Operation Clean Beach began in 2017. In addition to cleaning up the coastal and marine environment, it seeks to raise awareness in our community about an increasingly pressing environmental problem: pollution and its impact on species.
Commitment to social and environmental responsibility
Since it began, Operation Clean Beach has been present in several municipalities in the Algarve region. In addition to the clear importance of cleaning the coastline, there is a strong message of awareness in all the actions carried out, with the aim of promoting a connection with nature and reinforcing each of our sense of responsibility for protecting the environment.
